The Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15API was first released in 2019 as part of a trio of IdeaPads, with a retail price of around $650. This model was designed to improve productivity for office work, offering a balance of storage and performance. It features a hybrid storage setup, with a 128 GB SSD for faster system responsiveness and a 1 TB hard drive for larger file storage.
The device supports fast charging, providing approximately 2 hours of battery life from just 15 minutes of charging. While convenient, frequent fast charging can reduce the overall lifespan of the battery.
The Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15API is no longer in production and does not receive software updates.
Identification
The Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15API has a sleek, lightweight, and compact design. The top of the laptop has a black box with the Lenovo logo on the side. The left side has ports for an AC Adapter, LAN, two USB-A, one USB-C, and one headphone port. The right side has an optical drive tray. You can find the model and serial number printed on a label on the bottom of the laptop next to the fan grate.
