Esta é uma lista com as nomeadas e vencedoras do prêmio Globo de Ouro na categoria de Melhor Atriz em cinema – drama. O prémio no original em inglês é denominado Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama.

Em 1951, a Associação de Imprensa Estrangeira de Hollywood separou a categoria de melhor atriz em um filme em duas. Antes disso, havia um único prêmio de melhor atriz mas a divisão permitiu que atrizes que trabalhassem em filmes dramáticos e cômicos ou musicais fossem premiadas separadamente.

O título formal da categoria variou desde sua criação. Desde 2005 é oficialmente chamado de Globo de Ouro de Melhor Atriz em filme – drama.
