The CAT S62 was released in June 2020 and discontinued in January 2024, primarily designed for professional use in construction or field work. It was manufactured by the British company Bullitt Mobile Ltd. The phone was launched for $498. Today, you can find it secondhand for prices around $115 to $350 on various websites.

The CAT S62 is intended as a company work phone or for an individual seeking a sturdy, waterproof device. Its notable features include being water, dust, and drop-proof; a long-lasting battery with fast charging; an Android operating system with expandable storage; and a durable Corning® Gorilla® Glass 6 display. Not to be confused with the Pro version, the CAT S62 does not come with thermal imaging technology.

The CAT S62 features a sleek silver and black body with a non-slip backing on the lower half of its back side. Its back side also features two camera lenses with a visible flashlight beneath them. There is also a divot in the backside, which houses a fingerprint scanner for easy password unlocking. The power button and volume controls are located on its right side. The left side features an SD and SIM card slot as well as an orange programmable button.
