Lista dos diretores de cinema premiados com o prêmio Globo de Ouro de melhor direção. O maior vencedor da categoria é Elia Kazan, que recebeu o prêmio quatro vezes. Ele é procedido por Clint Eastwood, David Lean, Miloš Forman, Oliver Stone e Martin Scorsese, que venceram três vezes cada. Até 2026, Barbra Streisand, Chloé Zhao e Jane Campion foram as únicas mulheres a receberem o prêmio.[1]
