BAFTA de Melhor Atriz num Papel Principal (no original, em inglês: BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role) é um prêmio entregue anualmente pela British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) à atriz que se tenha distinguido durante o ano num papel principal em cinema.[1][2]
Foi dividido anteriormente em Melhor Atriz Britânica e Melhor Atriz Estrangeira até ao ano de 1968.
Atrizes de qualquer nacionalidade são elegíveis para receber o prémio.
