Introdução
If your Owala Freesip (24, 32, 40oz) or Owala Kids' Freesip cap and carry loop pop off, use this guide to fix them.
A damaged carry loop makes an Owala water bottle more difficult to use and possibly dysfunctional. The carry loop functions as a lock and cover for the button, which opens the cap. Without the carry loop, the bottle may open and leak.
On the carry loop, there is a groove on one side. Take note of the groove, as in step 2 you will need to keep its position in mind.
