Joseph Patrick Breen (Brooklyn, 26 de outubro de 1960) é um ator, roteirista e diretor americano.[1][2] Ele é mais conhecido por interpretar George Weiss em Kevin Hill, Andrew Munsey em Madam Secretary, Larry Your-Waiter em A Series of Unfortunate Events.[3]
