Karly Rothenberg (Colorado, 29 outubro 1962)[1] é uma atriz estadunidense. Ela é mais conhecida por seus papéis como a funcionária do depósito Madge "Pudge" Madsen na versão norte-americana da comédia The Office e a Sra. Erin Shapiro no mocumentário American Vandal da Netflix. Também interpretou Marlene, a secretária do tenente Felix Valdez na série The Protector da Lifetime. Rothenberg teve um papel recorrente como Sra. Valentine em That's So Raven.[2]
