O receptor II-a da região Fc da imunoglobulina gama de baixa afinidade é uma proteína que em humanos é codificada pelo gene FCGR2A .[1][2] A proteína codificada pelo genoma pertence aos receptores , fosfoproteínas, em termos de função. Está envolvida em processos biológicos como imunidade e polimorfismo. Está localizada na membrana celular .
Interações
Foi demonstrado que FCGR2A interage com PIK3R1[3][4] e Syk .[4][5]
