Eleutherodactylus zugi é uma espécie de anfíbio da família Eleutherodactylidae.
É endémica de Cuba.
Os seus habitats naturais são: florestas subtropicais ou tropicais húmidas de baixa altitude.[1]
Está ameaçada por perda de habitat.[1]
