Bye Bye, Love é uma canção composta por Felice e Boudleaux Bryant e laçada em 1957. Foi a gravação de estreia de The Everly Brothers, baixo a gravadora Cadence Records com o número de catálogo 1315. A canção atingiu o n.º 2 na parada americana Pop da Billboard e n.º 1 na Cash Box Best Selling Record. Ray Charles incluiu uma versão em seu álbum Modern Sounds in Country and Western Music (1958). A canção ocupa o posto n.º 210 na lista da revista Rolling Stone das 500 melhores canções de todos os tempos.

Versões

The Everly Brothers gravaram uma versão de grande sucesso, atingindo n.º 1 na primavera de 1957. Seu sucesso coincidiu com a versão de outro país gravada por Webb Pierce, um dos artistas da música country. A versão de Pierce atingiu o n º 7 no verão do mesmo ano.[1]

George Harrison gravou a canção em seu álbum de 1974 Dark Horse com uma letra ligeiramente modificada. Como uma broma sobre o título e o tema da canção, a versão de Harrison inclui coros de Eric Clapton e Pattie Boyd, quem se tinha divorciado de Harrison devido a um romance com Clapton.
