Hello! My name is Amelia Breese, and I am an undergraduate Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and I graduated top of my class from Fairhaven High School. At the moment I am learning Mammalian Cell Culture, Solid Works Modeling, Fusion Modeling, and Blood Typing, aspiring to learn more about Gene Editing. I’m currently seeking research opportunities in the Greater New Bedford area regarding genome editing and gene therapy. Thus far I have gained experience in culturing A735 melanoma cells, as well as passaging HELA Cells. Although I am still a freshman, I am very eager to learn and pick things up quickly.Hello!
