Hello everyone! I first joined Cal State LA as an undergraduate when I was 13 years old, and I am a junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I chose Computer Science because of my interest in problem solving and programming. I am not only interested in Artificial Intelligence, but I am also interested in Autonomous Navigation, Video Game development, Math-based art, and just programming in general. I intend to attend a graduate program after getting my Bachelor’s Degree before continuing on to research, industry, or any other opportunity that may arise in the future, and look forward to what’s next!
My skills include being able to program in Python, Java, and Lua, being proficient in PyTorch (a deep-learning framework), being able to learn quickly on-the-fly, and being able to adapt to evolving environments and situations.
I am currently involved in a few organizations, namely the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) club at Cal State LA as the Project Manager, RoboSubLA as Project Manager (before this I was the Autonomy subteam lead), and Dr. Yixian Wang’s research lab.
While I have no prior repair experience, I do hope to learn some valuable knowledge about repair and technical writing through the Fast Fix Project!
