Hello, my name is Mai Nguyen, and I am in the Master of Arts in Professional and Technical Communication program at the University of North Texas.

Major
I am currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Professional and Technical Communication because I want to improve my ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively across different media and audiences. This program provides advanced skills in writing, design, and communication strategy that help improve workplace communication and support diverse teams.

Aspirations
I want to build a career in professional communication. I aim to create clear and user-friendly instructional materials and digital content. My goal is to help organizations communicate more effectively, improve learning experiences, and support teams in achieving their goals.

Skills
I speak both English and Vietnamese, which allows me to connect with a broader audience. I have strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, WIX, and WordPress. I also have leadership abilities, experience with data analysis, workflow management, and a positive attitude toward new challenges.

Projects/Accomplishments
I contributed to the Aries Literary Magazine as editorial staff, focusing on copywriting and formatting. I published three poems in the Fall 2022 issue. I also created and reviewed instructional materials during my academic and professional work.
