Hi! My name is Isabelle Applebee, and I'm a student at Sacramento State University majoring in Composition, Rhetoric, and Professional Writing. I'm fascinated by how things work, especially electronics and technology, which has led me to explore repairs, tinkering, and hands-on projects.

Aspiration

I'm still figuring out my long-term career goals, but I hope to continue developing my technical skills and gain more experience fixing electronics. I'm interested in learning how to repair more devices and tackling challenging projects.

Inside my PlayStation 2 during a laser replacement. The old faulty laser is on the side and the new one is installed.

  • Playing video games, especially survival horror and classic titles (Resident Evil series, Silent Hill 2, Tomb Raider II, The Last of Us Part 1, Gran Turismo)

What I Hope to Learn

I want to improve my repair skills, tackle more complex electronics projects, and experiment with restoring older devices. This project is a chance to apply my problem-solving skills, learn new techniques, and engage with a community that enjoys fixing technology and reducing e-waste.
