Greetings!
Hello everyone, my name is Christian Sterba, but I can go by Chris or my last name if that is easier. I am a student in TECM 1700 learning my way around iFixit.
About Me:
I am a mechanical engineer studying at the University of North Texas.
Something I love about UNT is how diverse the school can be and the unlimited potential one can accomplish in this school.
My father studied engineering and I believe my passion also lies within engineering--but I am also passionate about other fields such as kinesiology. I want to take part in a side hustle where I can personally train individuals to better improve their physical attributes.
Hobbies/Repairs/Experiences
I am a huge Marvel/DC geek (Especially WWE and anything with superhuman features followed by a good script), and I have been a huge fan for over a decade.
My top 5 superheroes:
- Spiderman
- Batman
- Flash
- Wolverine
- Silver Surfer
A recent project I got to take part in was rebuilding my father's 2008 Ford Mustang GT. To keep up with the recent generations, we rebuilt the engine as well as new exhaust, headers, cams, and supporting mods that gave the mustang over a 100hp increase, giving the vehicle almost 500hp to the wheel.
Another project I took part in was continuing my brother's InterWave business which consisted of building and shipping out brand new PCs. These projects included the 40-50 series graphics cards, meaning we were dealing with some very new technology that would sell like hot-cakes. This recent PC sold for $2,300.
