ABOUT ME:
Hello, my name is Jad Safieddine. I am a freshmen at the University of North Texas, and my major is construction management. I am currently in Kerr hall, but before I came to UNT I lived with my Mom, Dad, Sister, and two dogs. The thing I miss most from home is my mother's cooking. She makes the best Lebanese food.
I took two years of architecture-design in high school. I loved both years of the class and knew I want to do something related to architecture and construction in college, but I didn't want to major in a design related field. Don't get me wrong I loved designing buildings and homes in my class, but I preferred the managerial side of construction and architecture. Through research and teacher recommendations I found out about construction management, and I couldn't be happier. When I graduate with a construction management degree in the next 3-4 years I hope to become a project manager or a general contractor.
