Loghan Runnakko

Hi, my name is Loghan Runnakko, and I am a 3rd-year tuba performance and 1st-year mechanical engineering major.

Like I said in my introduction, I am a double major in Music and Mechanical Engineering. I started my music degree in the fall of 2023 and added mechanical engineering to my degree plan in the spring of 2025. I started with tuba performance because there is nothing I could've imagined doing with my life other than music. I decided to add mechanical engineering because at the end of the semester, when I am most burnt out, I would always turn to STEM to keep me grounded.

My love of music has transcended from being a hobby to being something I can base my life around; other than that, I love working on my car, fishing, and gaming!
