Hey, I'm a Hardware Engineering major at the University of North Texas. I've always had a passion for technology, both hardware and software alike, and I'm excited to pursue this beyond school with IFixIt.
I'm hoping to learn enough to create new hardware that can further what we are able to make and compute, furthering society as a whole. It'd be a dream of mine for people all over to have a PC with a part I designed myself.
In high school, I took every programming course available to me, which led me to take a self taught course my senior year that I got to choose the subject of. I chose web development, consisting of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, since I've always loved websites in addition to programming.
I was also passionate enough to found my high school's chapter of the Computer Science Honor Society, which I was excited to start along with my long time programming teacher, who helped me every year of schooling with my coding challenges.
Fun fact: In my spare time, I'm a musician. I play various types of drums for groups like percussion ensembles, Summer drum corps, Winter drumlines, and more!
