Education: Computer Science Major in progress, started at the University of Southern Mississippi, continued at Austin Community College after some years off and working.

Hoping in the long term to be in a position to leverage technical expertise to help others - corporate teaching, technical writing, or networking are all futures I'm interested in. I'm keeping my options open because the world is going through big changes!

Skills: I'm proficient in Windows, Linux, and MacOS. I have years of experience in customer service and writing training manuals in the workplace. I've trained in C++, Python, and Javascript programming.

Projects / Accomplishments: I've built a training manual for and hired a department for monitoring remote machines for Costa Coffee.

Repair Experience: I have done some home repair, as well as automotive and PC repair.

Hobbies: I enjoy reading, table top roleplaying games, video games, board games, and anime

How does this project relate to you?: The fix that I will be documenting is for something that needs to be fixed in my own home, but that I haven't been motivated to do before. Documenting the fix is both good motivation and a way to help others.

Fun facts: I have a dog (Poochy Collins) and a rabbit (Bunetha Greene). I'm getting into running and struggling but enjoying it. My favorite book is Wizard's First Rule, and I'm a big fan of science fiction and fantasy writing. I've built a bookshelf, which was fun but not much cheaper than buying one.
