At Kaffelogic, we believe that a great cup of coffee starts with precision, but a great appliance starts with the right to repair.

We didn't set out to build a "disposable" kitchen appliance. We set out to build a professional-grade roasting tool for the home, laboratory, and boutique roastery. We know that when you’re roasting every two days (or every two hours!), your equipment becomes an essential part of your daily ritual.

We believe that if you own it, you should be able to fix it. Our partnership with the iFixit community is a reflection of our core values:

Roasting coffee is a blend of art and science. Our Nano 7 roasters use sophisticated profiles and sensing technology to give you total control over the bean. But that sophistication shouldn't mean "proprietary secrets." We want to be as transparent about our hardware as we are about our roasting curves.
