About Me:
My name is Christi Esparza. I am in my senior year at UNT. I am working on my BS in Integrative Studies with a focus on Social Work, Psychology and Human Behavior. I ultimately want to obtain my LPC. I am a United States Army veteran. My job in the military was a chemist. I spent my days in a lab testing jet fuel. I have always had a passion for first responders, veterans and their families. With the lack of resources for our heroes, I want to help them with the struggles of PTSD and all that comes along with it. I also have a huge passion for mental health awareness.
My Hobbies:
My hobbies include, traveling, kayaking, hiking and basically anything outdoors. I also enjoy trying new "hole in the wall" restaurants. I prefer the mountains and snow over the beach. I love snow skiing.
Dislikes and Obsessions:
- I am not a fan of hot summers. Although, I am originally from Texas and I am all too familiar with the extreme heat in the summers, I would much rather live somewhere cooler!
- I do not like ANY type of seafood!
- I do not like spiders!
- I obsessed with cruises and traveling!
- I love my country!
- I love physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle!
