Hello! My name is Ruhi Beveridge Eguino and I am a Design Undergraduate at UC Davis. I chose this major because I have always been skilled in the arts and being creative. Moreover I wanted to find a way to use my skills for something more practical than doing art. I wanted to help people and contribute to the development of new ideas that could make life easier or more fascinating. After I graduate, I am looking to pursue a Masters in Architecture and ultimately become an architect as my future career.

Something I designed that I am proud of is the logo for a highschool’s athletic programs. At the time I was seventeen years old and this was the first opportunity I got to design something this big. The logo I worked on is to this day on the high school’s volleyball, basketball, and soccer jerseys.

When I am not doing design work I am being active. I love basketball and volleyball and spend a lot of my free time either playing these sports with friends or lifting weights at the gym. Being active helps a lot with my mental health and keeps me motivated throughout the day.
