My name is Janel Beedle, and I am an English major with a TCID minor. I am a senior at UCCS, and my expected graduation date is May 2025. I chose this academic path because I believe it will prepare me for a career as a copyeditor. After graduation, my goals include working as a copyeditor, self-publishing my own writing, and creating book-related content online.
My partner and I love to hike. I am often at North Cheyenne Cañon Park. When I first moved to Colorado Springs, I was drawn to this park because it has waterfalls, steep hikes, and beautiful boulders.
My love for animals and the outdoors has inspired my future goal of becoming a children's author. I would love to educate children about natural spaces in a fun way!
