I am a second year mechanical engineering major at UNT. I am in professor Kilpatrick's technical communications 1700 class. I use iFixit for the sake of participating in the class. Me and my team are writing instructions on repairing a OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone.

Intro

Hello! I am John (Calvin) Browning. I am a student at UNT and I am using this site to participate in further activities in Stevie Kilpatrick's TECM 1700 class. I am a mechanical engineering major.

Interests

My favorite things are physics, drawing, music, cars, and airplanes. I have experience blacksmithing, welding, working at Lockheed Martin, Ace Hardware, and being a mechanic at a tractor company. I am particularly passionate about black holes and engineering.

Hyperfixations

My current extreme hyperfixation is designing cars and being a cinephile. I have been designing a car for a few months now, and it's honestly really interesting. I'm tremendously excited for The Odyssey in particular. I could talk about it for hours, genuinely.
