Unscrew the battery cap
Remove battery
The cap is heavily tightened from the factory, therefore it may be necessary to use a rubber mat for added grip.
Is it possible to get a replacement battery compartment cap?

Unscrew the lens holder as shown in the picture
Slide the lens housing down, toward the base, to remove
Note that once the lens housing is pushed down the lens and reflector pop out.
The Anker LC-90 is now tore down

seems to need new assembly where u plug in usb
Have 3 LC90 flashlight with the same problems, switch stuck & intermittently works! Need 3 replacement cap/switches part #??

Thanks for the information. Took the flashlight battery out and then put in back in; seems to be working great for now!

My LC-90 turns off when pointed down. If it's pointed down it will not turn on. If I point it up or parallel to the ground it will turn on. The moment I point it down it shuts off. Any ideas for a fix? Thank you
