Use this guide to replace the bypass valve assembly in your Titan Impact 410 Airless Sprayer.

    • Before you begin, make sure to follow the pressure relief procedure documented in the user manual before powering down the paint sprayer and disconnecting the pump.

    • Turn off and unplug the sprayer.

    • Use a flat punch tool and a hammer to tap the groove pin from left to right out of the valve handle.

    • Remove the valve handle from the cam base.

    • During reassembly, apply grease to the cam base before reattaching the valve handle.

    • Remove the cam base.

    • Rotate the wrench counterclockwise.
