BEFORE YOU START:

ALWAYS unplug any electric device before doing any work on it.

Double check to make sure your Ryobi D620H drill is UNPLUGGED.

The outside case of the Ryobi D60H drill must be removed in order to do any repairs. These instructions will tell you how.

    • Turn the drill so that the screws face upwards.

    • Use the Torx T20 screwdriver to remove all nine screws.

    • Insert the end of an opening tool between the right and left sides of the drill to pry the right side of the case.

    • Remove the right side case to expose the inside of the drill.

Getting that right side cover off is tough! Thought I missed a hidden screw or something. Guess I'll keep trying! Thanks!
