Use this guide to replace the lower case on your Lenovo IdeaPad 1-14IGL05.

    • Completely power down the laptop. Remove the charger and any connected peripheries before beginning.

    • Place the device on a flat surface with the lower case facing up.

    • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the ten 3 mm-long screws that secure the lower case.

    • Insert an opening tool in the gap between the lower case and chassis.

    • Pry around the entire perimeter of the lower case until it fully releases.
