Greatcall Jitterbug Smart2 Battery Replacement

Pull the back cover away from the body of the device. It will clip in multiple locations around the edge of the device.

Unscrew the screws from the back of the device. None are hidden.

Remove the antenna clips located on the bottom and top of the device on the back.

Pry the Mid-Frame away from the screen. It is clipped on around the edged.

Be careful near the buttons as the flex cable runs upwards.

Disconnect the battery press connector.

Disconnect the Main FPC press connectors.

Heat the device lightly.

Apply alcohol to the edges, around the battery.

Remove the battery from the device.
