Introdução

This is an easy guide to replace the battery of an Eve Flare with a new 103450 LiPo battery.

Be careful which battery plug you purchase. JST-PH 2.0mm is too small. Be careful which battery plug you purchase.

    • Turn the lightbulb upside down and remove the rubber feet.

    • Use a PH2 screwdriver to remove all 6 screws.

    • Afterwards remove the top

    • Inside the buld you finde a PCB which is attached to the base with two screws. They are shorter ones. Unscrew them.

    • Under the PCB is the pocket where the battery is inserted.

    • Remove the two screws, and use something small to remove the cable of the battery from the top PCB.

    • There is an unplugged plug. It's the charging indicator, which was unplugged from the manufacturer's side. You don't need to plug it in, when you reassemble the light bulb.

    • After that you can easily remove the battery, and insert the new one.

    • You could unsolder the cable from the old battery and solder it back on the new battery if your plug (blue marker) is wrong. Be careful; you are working with heat on a battery!

    • Specifications of the new battery: 103450; 3,7V; 1800mAh

Conclusão

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Don't forget the battery housing.
