Introdução

If your Base Metal Bezel Watch Stainless Steel Back 2103 watch is not working properly and the hands of the clock are not moving, you most likely have a dead battery that needs a replacement. A working battery will give your watch a new life. In due course, your watch will tend to go out and it can last up to a couple of years.

If you like, when removing the back of the watch you can put on gloves for safety precautions to avoid hurting yourselves. Also, have good lighting so you can see what you are doing. Never work in a dark environment while doing repairs.

    • Use a spudger to pry the backing up from the watch.

I found the iFixit metal spudger and Jimmy tools to be too thick to pry open the back of a very similar watch. I was able to use a razor blade to start separating the back from the bezel. Then it came off pretty easily. Just be careful not to lose or damage the very thin gasket material on the watch back. Also, the watch back may have been stuck due to a few spots of minor corrosion between the back and the bezel. A little DeOxIt seemed to help, and I gave the mating surfaces a good cleaning during reassembly.

What size battery fits in it? I got it the other day at Walmart, and it had no battery.
