    • Locate the SIM eject hole on the left side of the SIM tray.

    • Do not insert the tool into the microphone next to the SIM tray (circled).

    • Once the SIM tray pops out, remove the SIM eject tool.

    • A "SIM card is not installed" message will appear on the screen, provided the phone is turned on.

    • Grip onto the SIM tray, and pull it out.

    • If a SIM card can't be removed, and one slot is empty, try pushing a fingernail through one of two slots (both circled) in the SIM tray.
