Introdução
If your Asus Chromebook CX1500CKA-AS84F is producing muffled, distorted, or no sound through its built-in speakers, they may need to be replaced. The internal speakers provide audio output without the need for external headphones or auxiliary devices, and faulty speakers can significantly affect the usability of your Chromebook.
Before using this guide, confirm that the issue is not caused by software or external factors. Check the Chromebook’s sound settings, restart the device, and test with headphones or Bluetooth speakers to ensure the problem lies with the internal speakers.
This repair requires removing the back cover and disconnecting the speaker cables from the motherboard. From there, you will remove the damaged speakers and install new ones in their place.
Before beginning, make sure to completely power off your Chromebook and disconnect it from any external power source.
