    • The boiler does not heat water, all LED's flash for a few seconds and then turn off. After switching on, the LED's flash again.

    • There is no relay click when turned on.

  2. McrAlVn4et6Lh46w
    • While the lights are lighting up, press and hold the power button until one, two, or three lights remain lit steadily.

    • The processor will display an error code, with 40 degrees being code 1, 50 degrees being code 2, and so on up to 5.

    • If the code is number 3 (60 degrees), it means that one or both temperature sensors are faulty.

    • Error codes: 1 or 1&3 - defective electronics, 3 or 2&3 - faulty temperature probe, 5 or 2&5 - one sensor has read too high temperature, 4&5 or 2&4&5 - excessive temperature (electronic failure), 2&3&4&5 or 3&4&5 - excessive heating due to lack of water, 3&4 or 2&3&4 - faulty heater.

    • Turn off the mains switch and make sure there is no voltage at the input contacts (L and N).

    • Remove the screen by using a flathead screwdriver to pull it towards you from the bottom and then from all other edges.

    • Remove the probe connector from the display electronics. The probes differ in width (8 and 10mm), do not interchange them!

    • Measure the resistance between the red and yellow contacts, as well as the red and brown wires, with a multimeter. The resistance at pair of pins should be about 12 KOhm and about 14 KOhm at a temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius.

    • If any of the resistances differ significantly from those specified, the probe is defective and should be replaced.

    • Disconnect the probe and pull it out.

    • Put a new probe but do not bend it or you may damage it!

    • Connect the probe to the display electronic.

    • Connect the mains and push the power button. Now it should work as normal.

    • If display is still flashing and there is no clicking sound from relays, the main electronics should be checked and possibly replaced.

    • If the screen works normally, but the water does not heat up even a little in 20 minutes, the heaters should be checked.

    • The resistance at the heater contacts should be about 36 Ohms and infinite Ohms between the contact and the heater housing.
