    • Make sure your device is powered off and disconnected from any power supply.

    • Open the laptop and disconnect the tablet screen from the magnetic keyboard dock by gently lifting the screen up.

    • Use tweezers to gently pry up the damaged key.

    • White plastic springs may become misaligned when removing key.

    • If the plastic springs do become misaligned, use tweezers to realign springs by popping them back into their horizontal placement.
