Background
The Artisan PH-BT2020 is a portable Bluetooth speaker from Photive.
The back of the device features an ON/OFF switch, a Micro USB charging port, and an Auxiliary port. There is also an LED light on the back that turns red to indicate whether or not the speaker is charging. The LED will turn blue when in “pairing mode”. This device can play music while charging simultaneously.
Portable Bluetooth connectivity allows you to stay connected up to 30 feet. This speaker also features a built-in passive subwoofer. It claims a battery life of up to 8 hours.
Identification
The Artisan PH-BT2020 has a rectangular shape. It has four main buttons on the top of the device, for rewind, skip, play, and Bluetooth voice controls. There is also a small logo on the front face of the speaker. The speaker is covered with a perforated speaker grille on the front face and sides. The bottom has a passive radiator and rubber feet. It was sold in black, purple, and blue.
Look for the manufacturer's name and model number on the bottom or back of the speaker. You can also find the model number PH-BT2020 on the original packaging or in the User Guide.
